Shipping
I offer a same day dispatch service, so if an item is bought and paid for
before 3pm it will be dispatched the same day wherever possible. Items are sent
via Royal Mail and I obtain a proof of posting for every item I send. If you
require recorded delivery or extra insurance please contact me as there may
be extra cost involved.
I'm happy to ship worldwide but you will need to contact me before you buy
for postage costs
Refunds
If the item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected I will accept returns within
7 days of you receiving it but please contact me first.
I will refund cost of item less post & packaging.
I will not refund items that have a fault that is described in the store.
If items are lost or damaged in the post I will go through the normal claims
process & you will receive full refund when I receive payment from the post
office but this only applies to items up to £30, items over that require
insurance.
Drop shipping
Many items are sent direct from my supplier, this enables me to offer a wider choice of product to my customer. My suppliers are excellent and this won't affect you in any way - you may notice that an item will have a 'BabyKind' return address label on - which means it's been sent direct from them.
